Lecturer - History & Politics
Uxbridge College is one of the leading providers of Further Education in West London and we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ at our last Ofsted inspection (2008).
Uxbridge College’s Academy has around 600 students, including approximately 300 studying a variety of A Levels. We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer to teach History and Politics at A Level. This post will also include teaching the History pathway on our Access course.
You will need to possess a degree in the relevant subject area, and have experience of teaching History and/or Politics to A Level. You should be an excellent teacher able to engage students aged 16 to 18, and you will either possess or be willing to achieve an advanced teaching qualification, which the College will support financially in full over the two year period of the course.
