An opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in a Business to join the Sixth Form Centre at the Trafford College Group and play a leading role in realising our vision of being a dynamic career college. Applications will be considered for those wishing to work both full time and part time.

This is an exciting time to join the Group following the merger with Stockport College and represents a fantastic opportunity to drive transformational change for the students, employers and communities of Stockport and Trafford. 


As a Lecturer at the Trafford College Group your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing an outstanding educational experience which maximises learner recruitment, retention and success and enables learners to maximise their potential.

• Delivering outstanding courses which meet learner needs.

• Completing and maintaining effective data in relation to learners including, attendance, individual learner targets, progression, achievement and destination.

• Being responsible for a course or courses of study and learner outcome.

You will have a degree level qualification in Business or a related field and experience of teaching these subjects at A level. You must also hold a level 5 recognised teaching qualification and a qualification equivalent to level 2 in Maths and English.
