You will have an excellent proven track record of teaching, learning and assessment and development of Access to HE programmes with teaching of Humanities & Social Sciences subjects. You should have a current and strong understanding of curriculum opportunities and developments in Access to HE courses and ideas on how to enhance student experience.

As a key member of a diverse and highly skilled team you will have a strong ability to develop productive relationships with your colleagues, learners and new opportunities with external partners. Expertise in supporting learners at various levels is essential.
