We are looking to appoint a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Lecturer to join our aspirational Automotive Refinishing team to provide high quality teaching and training for students at Entry Level to Level 3 in Automotive Refinishing technology and practical. 

The successful candidate will have at least a NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair and a proven track record of at least 5 years’ experience working in their relative industry. An assessor award would be an advantage, but not essential. Applicants should be willing to teach across a wide range of courses including full time learner and apprenticeships, specialist short courses and workshops.  

Possession of a teacher training qualification would also be an advantage as would the ability to offer teaching across other classroom based and work based qualifications such as NVQ’s. However a willingness to work towards a teaching qualification would be acceptable. Excellent communication skills and an ambition to develop vocational training courses are essential.
