Selby College Hair and Beauty Department are seeking a Lecturer in Beauty and Media Make-up to join their existing team.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to be involved in delivery of a new course at the college which is being offered in reponse to local demand.
Duties will include:
•Taking the lead on developing & delivering the new media make-up qualification,
•Delivery and assessment of competency and exam based qualifications,
•Working with other beauty staff to ensure high quality delivery across all courses.
What we are looking for:
5 years’ experience within Industry
Level 3+ qualification in Media Make up
Level 3+ qualification in Beauty Therapy
Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications are desirable
A relevant teaching qualification is essential for this role.
