Values and vision

Cadbury Sixth Form College sees the educational experience it provides as very different to that that one would experience at school. However, as at school, the college aims to ensure a watchful eye is kept on students’ performance and regular contact with parents is valued.

The college prides itself on having high expectations of its learners, not just in academic performance, but in the way that they conduct themselves and develop personally. They are expected to exemplify an ethos of mutual respect, positive encouragement, and participation.
