We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Lecturer in Computing to join our Computing team. As a Lecturer at Trafford College your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an outstanding educational experience which maximises learner recruitment, retention, success and potential.
  • Delivering outstanding courses which meet learner needs.
  • Completing and maintaining effective data in relation to learners including, attendance, individual learner targets, progression, achievement and destination.
  • Being responsible for a course or courses of study and learner outcome. You will have experience of delivering BTEC Computing units. Experience of delivering of HND, HNC and Foundation Degree courses would be desirable. You will have a degree level qualification in Computing or related subject. You must also hold a level 5 recognised teaching qualification and a level 2 in Maths and English or be willing to complete these qualifications within a specified time.

Trafford College recently celebrated receiving an outstanding accolade from Ofsted following a recent inspection this June.
