Salary: Up to £23,061 per annum / pro rata (unqualified teacher status) 
Up to £33,890 per annum / pro rata (qualified teacher status)

Eastleigh College are looking to recruit two counselling lecturers to join an experienced and successful team. As a Lecturer in Counselling you will deliver a Humanistic Gestalt Diploma in Counselling (level 4 and 5) and a 1-year BA Hons in Counselling (level 6).

Applicants must be accredited and have 5 years post qualifying experience. It is essential that you are currently working with clients and have a Humanistic approach with good knowledge of Gestalt and ideally Pluralistic approaches

The role will require flexible working with some evening sessions and you will need to have a commitment to high academic standards, excellent student support and developing your own ongoing personal and professional development
