Lecturer in Electrical Installation

West Suffolk College is seeking an outstanding teacher to work within our Building Services and Construction Team. You will teach on a range of FE programmes across Building Services and Construction, in particular, Electrical Installation.

Part of your role will be to act as the Course Director to one or more groups of full time and / or part time students whilst contributing to the continuing development of courses and administration within the school.

You should be qualified with a Degree in Electrical Installation (or a related subject) or have a Level 3 vocational qualification in Electrical Installation (including 17th edition and inspection and testing) and have a practical electrical experience.

Possession of a Certificate in Education, PGCE or other higher teaching qualification would be advantageous. You should have relevant knowledge of the Further and Higher Education sector.
