1 x full time position – working 35 hours per week - £26,759 - £32,040

1 x part time position – working 17.5 hours per week - £13,379.50 - £16,020

An opportunity has arisen for two talented and experienced Lecturers in Engineering to join the Trafford College Group and play a leading role in realising our vision of being a dynamic career college. 

This is an exciting time to join the Group following the merger with Stockport College. A major refurbishment programme is planned for the Stockport Campus and this represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to drive transformational change for students and communities of Stockport and Trafford.

Working at the Stretford campus you will have the ability to motivate and inspire our learners to achieve and lead the way in the future of Engineering. 

You will have a Degree/HNC in Engineering, a level 2 qualification in English and Maths and a teaching qualification or a commitment to complete these within 2 years will be essential.  You should have experience of teaching Level 3 BTEC and/or Higher Education.  The ability to teach further maths, electrical principles, and electrical technology is essential.  

We would be particularly interested in candidates with familiarity with renewable energy, instrumentation and control systems and/or industrial power, electronics and storage.

NQT’s with relevant experience and the determination to develop their career with the College will be considered.
