We are seeking an enthusiastic and well qualified Lecturer in ESOL to plan and deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment for learners so as to maximise achievement and support continuous improvement.
You will be required to teach and assess Entry Levels to Level 2.
You will be required to:
• To devise a programme of learning (scheme of work) with appropriate effective teaching and learning strategies, resources and assessments.
• To maintain attendance registers, records of progress and ensure Learners are correctly enrolled with the College and Awarding Bodies.
• To undertake professional development and training to contribute to individual and College development as agreed through the College Individual Professional review, so evaluating and enhancing own practice.
