Lecturer in GCSE and Functional Skills Maths

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the Mathematics delivery team at Myerscough College as a tutor for GCSE Mathematics and Functional Skills number. The successful candidate will be required to work alongside the General Education team to deliver GCSE and Functional Skills Maths and be actively involved in the continual development and success of the department. 

The successful candidate will have a Degree or equivalent in a related subject, a Teaching qualification e.g. PGCE / Cert Ed (or equivalent), competent in ICT, a level 3 qualification in Mathematics and GCSE (or equivalent) English Grade C or above, or willing to work towards. 

Salary: £20,657 - £29,880 per annum relating to qualifications and experience (Teacher qualified staff commence at £24,095)
