We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and suitably qualified Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team of educators in delivering high quality teaching and academic support on a variety of Health and Social Care programmes at the College, enabling learner’s to reach their potential.

Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, you will utilise your previous experience to motivate students to achieve, ideally whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.

Keeping abreast of curriculum development, you will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs and regularly monitor, assess and evaluate progress.

A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective guidance and that will, in turn, benefit the education of our Health and Social Care students.
