You will need to be able to transfer your passion for the subject of HR to a group of learners to national standards enabling them to achieve qualifications at CIPD Level 3 and 5. Set work, assess and grade submissions in line with awarding body criteria and requirements. Own your course and look for opportunities to develop the learning experience and introduce additional learning interventions.

· You will need to be qualified to degree level in Human Resources. 

· No teaching qualification is required but you must be willing to work towards and gain relevant teaching qualifications which will be sponsored and supported by the college.

· Experience of teaching preferably in HR would be an advantage but not essential. 

· Commitment to the development of the college’s Business sector.

· Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
