Fixed Term until 31 December 2023 (in the first instance, with potential to become permanent)

If you have a passion for developing and delivering high quality management training solutions, we want to hear from you. You will need to be an engaging and inspiring lecturer, committed to working with businesses to design and deliver effective management and coaching programmes. This would include; ILM qualifications from level 2 to 7, apprenticeships and bespoke management provision. You will have a proven track record of engaging businesses and achieving results, whilst giving high levels of support to a wide range of learners. 

Applicants should hold a degree or similar professional qualification, a recognised teaching qualification and assessor qualification and have the energy and enthusiasm needed to contribute to a successful College. HR or private sector business experience would be an advantage, as well as experience of coaching and facilitation in a professional environment. Access to or use of transport is required.

The ESF Accelerating Circular Skills for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (ARCA) project will build upon Truro and Penwith College’s Outstanding Leadership, Management and Coaching offer by engaging directly with SME and micro-businesses to determine their skills needs and co-design bespoke programmes to enhance business sustainability and performance.

This post is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
