Are you a qualified and experienced Nurse? Would you like to help to develop the next generation of Nursing staff? 

We are one of the highest performing colleges nationally on all courses at all levels, rated Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ and a TEF Gold provider. 

The college, in partnership with RCHT and the University of Greenwich, is expanding its provision of Apprenticeship programmes, which currently includes the Senior Healthcare Support Worker, Nursing Associate and the Operating Department Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced individual to expand our small existing team to help develop and deliver a new range of nursing and healthcare courses and qualifications. 

The successful applicant will be expected to provide high quality teaching, hold or be prepared to gain a relevant teaching qualification, and be commitment to being part of a new exciting initiative to help the future supply of healthcare professionals in Cornwall. Applicants should be prepared to work as required in areas of teaching, assessment and curriculum development across nursing and healthcare. 

Applicants should have significant, relevant experience in an educational or nursing background and hold current NMC or the HCPC status as a Registrant. Experience in assessment, quality assurance and curriculum development would be an advantage but not essential. 

A full clean driving licence and your own transport is essential as part of some roles may include a visit to employers and apprentices in the workplace.
