We have exciting opportunity at Central Bedfordshire College available . We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual with a passion for teaching and learning to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a diverse range of learners and who uses interactive methods in the classroom. Planning and preparation of schemes of work, lesson plans and the continual assessment of learner work is a significant part of this role. This involves managing the quality of the course through implementation of robust internal verification schedules. Communicating effectively and working as a part of a wider team is a key part of this position.
Central to the work you do will be enabling students to reach their full potential that equips them to progress into work, higher education or apprenticeships. You will use IT to enhance your working practices as well as learning opportunities for learners. You will manage your time well and meet deadlines.

Central Bedfordshire College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college, situated across six campuses in and around Dunstable in Bedfordshire. The college provides 16 to 19 study programmes for around 1,200 students with the large majority on level 2 and level 3 programmes. Courses include health and social care, engineering, construction, media and business.
The college was originally established in 1961 in Dunstable and, in January 2010, was renamed Central Bedfordshire College – reflecting the college's commitment to Central Bedfordshire as a whole and its ambition to be recognised as the premier post sixteen institution in the area. It has recently invested in the Kingsway Project which has created new facilities.
