A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Halesowen College to appoint a lecturer who specialises in Patisserie & Confectionery. Applications are welcomed from candidates that are looking to join an experienced, successful and dedicated team which offers a range of Professional Cookery courses in addition to developing a successful Cookery School and a training restaurant. The position is likely to focus on teaching on the City and Guilds Patisserie & Confectionery courses levels 2 & 3, facilitating students learning and achievement for both practical and theory. Recent industry experience is essential.

Halesowen College, in the West Midlands, is a mixed further education institution. It accepts students from the age of 16 and has around 4,200 learners in attendance. The college offers courses of study in 11 subject areas and partners with three local higher education institutions.
