Applications are invited for the position of Teaching Fellow in Chemistry Education. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and expanding team shaping sector-leading provision for Moray House School of Education in the subject area of Science Education, specifically the field of Chemistry Education.
You will demonstrate established contributions to teaching and learning, preferably with academic experience in the HE sector. You will have established credibility in the field of Biology and Science Education and, preferably, making an impact at authority or national level.
In the discipline/subject area of Chemistry and General Science Education, you will contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by developing, teaching and administering Biology and Science Education courses within undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will work as a member of a team in the development of visions for STEM and Sustainability Education in the School of Education. You will represent Biology and Science Education, in its broadest sense in appropriate networks nationally, including across the University of Edinburgh Teacher Education Partnerships with Local Authorities and schools.
