Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a part time Media Lecturer to deliver across a range of UAL Level 2 and Level 3 programmes and contribute to the development of courses within our successful Creative Media Section, specialising in Game Design.

You will possess a degree in the relevant subject area and an advanced level teaching qualification suitable for FE (PGCE, DET or equivalent) or be willing to work towards one, supported financially by the College.  You should have experience of teaching Media and good working knowledge of editing systems.  A background in the games design industry and experience of VFX/animation is desirable.   You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage young learners aged 16-19.  

The College has recently introduced a Working from Home policy. You may be able to work a proportion of your work time from home. Working from Home may be possible where this does not adversely impact on the operational needs of the College.
