Delivering on A-level Physics, Applied Science and Access to Higher Education, candidates will hold a relevant degree with a passion for the subject and the ability to inspire learners.  We are looking for a candidate who wants to be part of a vibrant, successful Science provision that allows you to be creative and take risks with your teaching in order that learners are supported to be successful. We welcome applications from non-qualified, newly-qualified and experienced practitioners.  


£20,950 - £32,241 (depending on qualifications and experience) plus £4000 per annum Market Supplement Allowance.  


In addition, the College is willing to consider part-time (including job share) applicants for this role.

Andover College is a further education college located in the town of Andover, Hampshire. The college was formerly known as Cricklade College, but in 2007 changed its name following a successful merger with the nearby Sparsholt College. As a result of the merger, Andover College today exists as a campus of the wider Sparsholt College Hampshire. Andover College provides full and part-time courses for both school leavers and adults, and can boast of extensive teaching and recreational facilities across its campus.

As part of the wider Sparsholt College Hampshire, Andover College offers a large number of A-levels and Foundation Degrees aimed at young school leavers, along with numerous vocational qualifications. Andover College works closely with a number of external providers to offer courses that are relevant and highly valued by local business and industry, including a large number of apprenticeship opportunities. In order to help improve the accessibility of courses for older learners, the college works hard to offer Advanced Learning Loans, in order to help cover the cost of tuition.
