Lecturer: Sport 

To carry out a full range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of learning programmes as appropriate.

We are also currently advertising for the post of School Rugby Officer which may be run concurrently with this post.

Salary: Associate Lecturer Scales 1 – 4, £21,136 - £24,943 per annum, pro rata.  Main Grade Scales 1 – UP1, £26,911 - £38,680 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).  

Hours of Work: Band D.  Annualised hours: 282.1 – 400.6 (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Contract: Permanent, Flexible Fractional.  

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Llandarcy Academy of Sport to teach at Llandarcy Academy of Sport and Brecon College).  

Qualifications: Candidates must have a level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline (Degree or equivalent).  You must have a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).  Candidates must also hold a teaching qualification and be IT literate equivalent to level 2.  Assessor Awards and/or Verifier Awards would be advantageous.
