SALARY:   Circa £25.06 to £26.58 per hour

About the role:

Our Centre for Business, Arts and Technology is seeking for exceptional lecturers to join a tutor pool for areas Media, ICT, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Business, English and Maths.

You will be an excellent teacher to teach on a range of courses in an appropriate area of the curriculum, and to carry out related duties in terms of marking and preparation, staff and curriculum development, course administration and student tracking. You will monitor and evaluate student progress and achievement and keep accurate and updated student records.

About you:

You will have a treaching qualification (or the willingness to gain one within three years of appointment) and appropriate teaching experience. You will have knowledge of the courses/curriculum relevant to the post, and of recent curriculum and pedagogic developments affecting them. You will have proven experience as a teacher in the subject(s)/curriculum area(s) relevant to the post and the ability to relate to, communicate effectively with, and counsel students, both school leavers and adults, and to monitor their progress.
