PART TIME HOURLY PAID LECTURER – VET NURSING

You will deliver a Veterinary Nursing curriculum, contributing to the delivery both on the Level 3 Vet Nursing Diploma and on undergraduate degree pathways. You will deliver innovative, high standard theoretical and practical sessions. You must be a registered, qualified veterinary nurse or be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with proven relevant experience in the industry. Teaching experience at FE/HE level would be advantageous. You will also have a teaching qualification e.g. Certificate in Education and Training (L4)) and Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE A*-C) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain.

The College of West Anglia is one of the largest providers of education and training in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, with campuses in King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Cambridge, and a specialist Sports Campus. The college provides off-site residential accommodation for students with learning difficulties between the ages of 16 and 25 years old. The College of West Anglia can be dated back to the foundation of King’s Lynn Technical School in 1894, since merging with two further colleges. The sum of £5.5million was also invested in the Wisbech campus in 2015, establishing a revamped educational institute with modern facilities.
