Lettings Manager

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools. 8 primary schools, Teaching School, and SCITT.  Our schools are based in north Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire.

As the ATLP grows and develops further exciting opportunities has arisen for the following role based at John Wilmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY.

LETTINGS MANAGER

Salary: Grade 3 (£20,344 - £26,317 pa FTE, actual salary £11147 - £13214 pa)

Hours: Part time/Permanent all year round – 20 hours per week 5.00pm until 9.00pm daily

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Lettings Manager to work at John Willmott School who can ensure an efficient, effective lettings service is delivered within school.

 

Whilst experience in an education setting would be useful it is not essential.  More importantly, you will need to demonstrate your lettings experience, resilience, and organisational skills.  You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with various stakeholders on a daily basis.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent is an essential requirement of the role.
