Job overview

We are seeking a part-time Lettings Officer to manage the lettings of college facilities. The post will involve liaising with existing and potential clients, managing bookings and raising invoices. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work efficiently to deadlines in a busy but friendly team consisting of the College Accountant, an Accounts Officer and a Finance Assistant. 

This is a permanent, part-time post at 20 hours per week. The post holder will be required to work Monday – Friday (all year round), however there is flexibility regarding the working hours. The College can offer a very attractive pension scheme, generous annual leave and salary in the range of point 23 to point 25 on the support staff salary spine, currently £19,381 to £20,765 per annum depending on experience, plus £2,571 London Weighting per annum, pro rata. Therefore, the actual salary would be £12,195 – £12,964 inclusive, per annum.
