LEVEL 1/2 1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Godmanchester Bridge Academy is seeking to appoint a well organised, enthusiastic, and motivated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with one of our students.

This is a great opportunity to work in a school with a friendly but dedicated teaching team and wonderful children.

This is initially a fixed term appointment for 27.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per year) until August 2022.

The ideal candidate will:

• Enjoy and have experience of working with a range of children with a variety of needs
• Have experience in following teaching plans and using a wide range of positive behaviour strategies
• Demonstrate good people skills and show commitment to working in a caring, supportive team
• Be creative, flexible, and kind in their approach to supporting children to achieve their best
