The Governors of this large and inclusive primary school in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne are looking to recruit three experienced Teaching Assistants to join their driven and successful team.

The Teaching Assistants will have a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare or equivalent, and will be able to work on a full time basis. The school are ideally looking for one Teaching Assistant for Year 2, one Teaching Assistant for Reception and one Teaching Assistant for Year 4.

However, the school are happy to look at this on a person by person basis.

An experience of working with children who have a background of working with children who may have some minimal SEND would be ideal, and a particular background in small group and intervention work would be eagerly sought.

These roles are to commence in or before Easter 2017, or as soon as convenient thereafter.

If you are looking for a new challenge, being part of a team of practitioners who genuinely make a difference to the children under their care, then this is the role for you.
