Salary: Grade 5: scale point 14 – 17: £8.70- £9.21 per hour
Hours: 12.5 hours per week (1 – 3.30pm daily ) Term-time only plus PD days (44.21 weeks per year)

Salary: Grade 1: scale point 8: £7.90 per hour
Hours: 5 hours a week (12 – 1pm daily) Term-time only (43 weeks a year)

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience of the early years/year 1
  • have knowledge of the early learning goals and be able to facilitate early years learning
  • understand the progression of reading, writing and phonics
  • be creative and organised
  • be hardworking, committed and enthusiastic
  • have experience of working with individuals/groups in classes across the primary age
  • be a team player and good communicator
  • be dedicated to raising achievement for pupils
  • have high expectations.
  • have good initiative and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively

NVQ level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) would be beneficial.
