We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, qualified Teaching Assistant with experience of working with individual children who have specific learning needs. Candidates need to have experience of interventions and one to one teaching and demonstrate an understanding of learning. Other responsibilities include liaising with staff regarding curriculum, adapting resources, recording and monitoring progress and liaising with families as appropriate. Candidates will need to hold qualifications that are currently approved on the Ofqual website. The successful candidate will be fully supported in their career and professional development through a vast programme of CPD provided by the academy.
