We are looking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant, to join a team that is committed to inclusion. The successful candidate will be supporting children with learning and behavioural difficulties, some having a statement of Special Needs or EHC plan, including the delivery of short term interventions and in class support. They should have experience and knowledge of children with learning and emotional, behavioural and social difficulties and have the ability to use initiative whilst working closely with the class teacher, learning mentor or small groups. 

You will need to be able to:

 Be able to work under pressure within a strong team focused towards challenging goals

 Have excellent organisational and communication skills

 Share in our vision for realising the life chances and dreams of every child
