We’re looking for a Level 6 Early Years Senior Practitioner to join our team!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly effective, dedicated early years senior practitioner to join our growing early years team.

You will need to know the Early Years curriculum and provision in detail, including the Early Years Statutory framework requirements. You will consistently demonstrate excellent practice and will make a notable contribution to improving the quality of education in the early years. You will be skilled in building firm relationships with children and parents/carers.

You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours. How and why you do things matters greatly to us, as does your ability to use your initiative, work independently and demonstrate ambition and integrity.

  • Salary: Band C2 - SCP 15 - 19 - £23,541 - £25,482 FTE (term time only salary: £21,073 - £22,811) 
  • Contract type: Full time, 37 hours per week 
  • Contract Term: Term time only plus 3 weeks (5 INSET days + 2 weeks) 
  • Start date: Monday 6th September 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter
