We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and suitably experienced individual to work with the College Library team. The key function of this post is to work with the Library Manager to provide an efficient library and open learning facility to support students and staff at the College. The successful applicant will also undertake additional administrative and IT support duties within the Library.

This is a permanent and part-time position working 26.5 hours a week, 40 weeks per year (term time only plus an additional 6 days during the holiday periods to provide cover). The normal working hours will be from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and from 9:30am to 5pm on Thursdays, including half an hour unpaid lunch. Some flexibility on hours is required.
The pro rata salary for this post is £13,602 per annum and includes 4.8 weeks of holiday pay. This salary is based on point 11 within grade 4 of the support staff pay spine for which the current full time salary is £22,045 annum. This full-time salary will rise to £24,147 over four years, subject to satisfactory performance.
