Job overview
An exciting position has arisen at this large, multi-cultural 11-18 community school. This post carries the overall responsibility for the oversight of the learning resource centre (LRC) and supporting students with independent study. The school is looking for a librarian with a real passion for literature, who will promote and develop the LRC to its full potential.
Previous school experience is desirable; however the person appointed should have a ‘C’ grade at GCSE English and Maths together with an appropriate librarian qualification (NVQ or degree level) and be I.T. literate.
