We are seeking a Library Aide to undertake a variety of tasks within our school Library. You will assist with library activities and provide information services to students across all year levels and school staff.

Duties include:

  • facilitating circulation of resources;
  • maintaining equipment and materials;
  • providing administration support;
  • assisting teachers and students; and
  • associated library tasks.

Ideally you will:
  • display an understanding of the work of a library or resource centre with experience and knowledge in the use technology;
  • proven communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • a sound knowledge of audio-visual equipment is highly desirable.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: Monday to Thursday (24 hours)

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 3 - $30.97 per hour
