At St Aubyn’s School we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and creative Library Assistant to join our well equipped library.
We are looking to appoint a full-time Library Assistant to support the School Librarian in promoting and developing the School Library in order to provide a welcoming, creative learning environment for pupils, staff and parents.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in children’s literature and would like to develop a career in school libraries. Experience of working with children and young people is desirable, though not essential as the most important quality we are looking for is a love of reading, enthusiasm for the library and all that it can offer.
