We are looking for an Apprentice to provide an effective professional service to users of our Learning Resource Centre, the provision of a service to staff and students in the use of information technology to positively impact on teaching and learning and the provision of effective support for systems and related technological services outside the classroom.
To act as a member of the active learning team and to work flexibly across all services/sites in the LRC and the wider Student Services department.
This post will offer you the opportunity to gain skills in the provision of: facilitation of the application of digital literacy and ICT skills, enabling groups and individuals to achieve their learning goals, maintaining a thriving and active learning environment and to be proactive and responsive in monitoring and supporting users’ learning.
In addition you will be working with a range of LRC resources and be part of new initiatives to ensure that our provision remains up to date, relevant to learners and forward thinking.
