South Hampstead High School, one of the UK’s leading day schools for girls, seeks to appoint a dynamic, energetic and inspirational individual to provide support with our lunchtime and after school clubs.

You will work with the children in the Junior School during the school day, including break and lunchtime, in the playground and assist in the running of the after school club.  During the school day, between lunch and after school provision, some support to teachers will be required.  

You will ensure the children have a happy and safe playtime, encouraging them to be involved in appropriate games/activities. You will also collect the younger girls for the after school club and ensure a safe handover and oversee the registering of the girls at the start of the club.

If you have recent experience of working with primary aged children and are willing to participate in further training and developmentl opportunities offered by the School we would be delighted to hear from you.

About South Hampstead High School

South Hampstead High School is an all-girls, non-denominational independent all-through school in the London Borough of Camden, serving students from the age of 4-18. The all-through school has approximately 913 students on record.

South Hampstead High School was founded by the Girls’ Day School Trust in 1876, moving to a purpose-built site in 1882. Facilities at the school include a state-of-the-arts sports hall, dance studio, sports courts, multi-purpose games areas and a swimming pool.
