We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Lunchtime and Play Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidates will have the health, safety and welfare of the children in mind at all times and the ability to work flexibly with colleagues.
The role of the Lunchtime and Play Supervisor is to manage and lead a team of midday supervisors. To take overall responsibility for the supervision, health & safety and control of pupils during the midday break and to deploy the team of midday supervisors to ensure effective cover in the midday break. To support and facilitate meaningful and productive child-initiated play during the school day in accordance with the play policy. To use restorative justice when dealing with conflict at lunchtime. Ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils, in accordance with agreed practices and procedures.
