Faculty: Creative, Digital & Professional Trades

Salary: £12,340.5 - £17,181.5 pro rata based on the Full Time Equivalent of £24,681.00 - £34,363.00 (Points 027-038)

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our outstanding Beauty team, they will contribute to the delivery and assessment of the learners on our Level 1, 2 and 3 Beauty courses. 

The successful candidate will be adaptable and learner focused with a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and high achievement rates. Up-to-date knowledge of the Beauty Industry along with Assessors and IQA awards is essential.

This role requires someone who is a dynamic, innovative and creative individual with the ability to influence and motivate students and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role. 

The successful applicant may receive funding from the Taking Teaching Further programme. This funding will help towards new recruits undertaking a Level 5 teaching qualification, receiving intensive support such as paired teaching, mentoring or work shadowing, as well as a reduced teaching workload in the first year of teaching.  The Taking Teaching Further programme is a national initiative to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills to work in Further Education (FE).
