Job Title:Main Grade Lecturer in Business 

Specialist areas: Business Management

Campus/Site: Wood Street Campus, Barnet but may be required to work at any of the college sites. 

Salary: MGL Salary Scale, point 7 to 16, £30,269 to £39,937 per annum inclusive of London Weighting 

Contract: 1.0 MGL (Full Time), 35 hours per week 52 weeks per annum

We are looking to recruit a Lecturer who is highly motivated, knowledgeable and experienced to teach on our BTEC Business and HE Business Management courses within the Business and Professional Studies Department


A teaching qualification or a firm commitment to complete within two years of appointment is an essential requirement for this role, along with a Degree in the vocational area of Business Management. 


You will have proven experience of teaching the subject area. The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate the ability to teach with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to learning and teaching.


You would have also acted as Personal Tutor and/or Course Manager to full-time/part-time students involving the monitoring of attendance, liaising with parents/guardians and other agencies.
