To ensure we continue to provide the required level of service delivery, we are seeking applicants for the following position from candidates with high standards, able to bring the skills and attention to detail we require.
Reporting to the Estates and Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will assume primary supervisory and co-ordinating responsibility for our buildings in Clarendon Street and ensure that all cleaning, maintenance and general resource requests are dealt with.
You will take the lead in routine inspections of both our Clarendon Street and Manton Lane buildings to ensure any issues are identified and dealt with appropriately to maintain full business continuity.
Experience of working in a similar role, being comfortable working at heights, ICT skills and the ability to prioritise work and adapt to changing situations are all essential attributes. Experience of working in an Educational environment, contractor management and Swimming Pool operation are desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Hours of work: 37per week, Monday to Saturday, year round. Full working pattern can be found in the Job Description.
