An experienced and highly organised administrator is needed to support our hard-working school Maintenance department, initially for a one year period.  Key aspects of this varied job include coordinating maintenance work requests via the helpdesk and ensuring that correct site access permissions are issued via the Access Control system.   Assisting with routine facilities inspections also fall with the remit, plus the day to day ordering, processing invoices, maintaining records and answering phone calls.  

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18. Housed in a grade II listed buildings on Brook Green, and with nearby hard courts, playing field, and swimming pool, the school provides excellent facilities and is easily accessed by public transport (zone 2). 

Applicants for this role should have significant experience of working in a busy administrative role, have good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and possess excellent IT and communication skills.
