Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Operative to play a key role within the Estates Department at Bradfield College.

You will support the Estates Department in the maintenance and repairs of College buildings and infrastructure.

This role would suit an organised and efficient team player who has previously worked in building maintenance or construction. Experience in groundworks and building fabric inspection and maintenance is equally important.

You will be expected to work flexibly, covering for other members of the estates staff in their absence and be part of an overtime rota to cover occasional Saturday mornings during term time.
