You will lead, organise and manage the staff, students and resources for relevant courses, across the campus efficiently and effectively. You will also teach in either equine studies or veterinary nursing.
You must have a relevant degree in the curriculum area and a teaching qualification e.g. Diploma in Education and Training (L5) formerly DTLLS or Cert Ed and level 2 English and Maths qualification (e.g. GCSE A*-C). IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent or be willing to obtain. You will also have proven success as a lecturer or curriculum manager in post-16 education or training (this will include successful management of programmes, motivation of staff, leading teams, tracking students/data, presenting reports on performance, marketing, interviewing students and practice within a HE setting). The ability to travel in the role is also essential.
We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance, plus five College closure days, fee waivers on some College courses and a contributory pension scheme.
The lecturing post is open to negotiation of a reduction of hours.

The College of West Anglia is one of the largest providers of education and training in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, with campuses in King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Cambridge, and a specialist Sports Campus. The college provides off-site residential accommodation for students with learning difficulties between the ages of 16 and 25 years old. The College of West Anglia can be dated back to the foundation of King’s Lynn Technical School in 1894, since merging with two further colleges. The sum of £5.5million was also invested in the Wisbech campus in 2015, establishing a revamped educational institute with modern facilities.
