We are looking to appoint Manager of School Operations at Arcadia British School in Dubai who will oversee all non-academic operations of the school. The role involves managing facilities, logistics, compliance, and administrative functions to ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for students and staff. The position is key to enabling the school to achieve its strategic objectives and maintain high service standards.

Position Requirements Criteria

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

·      At least 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally in an educational or international setting.

Essential:

·      Familiarity with budget planning, financial oversight, and resource management.

·      Knowledge of operational and compliance requirements for educational institutions.

·      Proven track record of managing diverse teams effectively.

Desirable:

·      Experience within a British or international school environment.

·      Formal certifications in project management, health and safety, or risk management.

·      Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.

·      Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England or similar frameworks.

·      Knowledge of IT systems used in school operations.

·      Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

·      Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyse and report data.

·      Experience with event planning and logistics coordination.

·      Experience in leading change management initiatives.

·      Customer service orientation, with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
