We provide the expert, end assessment that is an essential requirement for individuals to successfully complete their apprenticeships.

As Managing Director you’ll have the opportunity to lead this next phase of our development. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you’ll have full P&L responsibility for the SIAS business, and the autonomy to develop the business strategy to support growth. In a new and growing professional sector, there is considerable scope to develop the business further. To succeed you’ll need to be a versatile leader, who can adopt an external focus to enhance our profile in the sector, while retaining an informed perspective on the operational delivery and quality assurance that is the cornerstone of our reputation.

It’s a role that demands experience within the skills sector, and current knowledge of the apprenticeship agenda. It’s important that you are a credible presence within a business to business professional environment, and that you can bring both intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial drive to the role. You’ll already have a track record of managing a high-performing team and will be highly motivated by the opportunity to lead and develop a successful business.
