Tes is supporting the appointment of a Mandarin Language Assistant to join a High School for Girls based in Oxfordshire.
The role:
The High School is looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic individual to join their highly successful and thriving Modern Languages department as a Mandarin Language Assistant.
The successful candidate will be required to help prepare their students for the Cambridge IGCSE Mandarin Chinese - Foreign Language and the Edexcel A Level Chinese examinations. The successful applicant will also help improve their students’ confidence and oral communication skills.
The working hours for this role is likely to be approximately 3 hours per week, with scope for future expansion.
The successful candidate will be capable of communicating fluently in Mandarin. They will also demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate their pupils through effective and engaging oral language lessons. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills would also be required to be a part of their highly successful, culturally diverse and friendly department.
