Marketing & Communication Manager

South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are seeking to appoint a self-motivate and highly-qualified Marketing and Communications Manager for this key new position.  

This newly-created role comes at an exciting time for the Trust’s development with the Trust in a strong position in what is now a very competitive market of premium secondary education.  The student numbers have grown considerable over the past few years and with almost 4,000 students and full year groups, it is one of the most successful Trusts in the County.  The Trust is looking to build on this excellent foundation as it moves into the next cycle of its development and expansion.

Reporting directly to the Trust Executive Headteacher and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this is a pivotal, strategic and management role.  The Marketing and Communications Manager will provide dynamic and creative strategic management of all marketing and external communications, in order to enhance the brand perception of the Trust and further its regional profile together with its student recruitment reach.

A strong marketing background with a proven track record is essential.
