Job overview
1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing and sales campaigns to achieve admissions targets, support parent retention, maintain brand identity and drive brand awareness.
2. Generate new leads and channels to reach our Target Audience.
3. To uphold the brand guidelines for the school’s brand identity and monitor communications for compliance with the brand guidelines
4. Manage and develop social media channels like Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn including the school web site with Principal and academic teams.
5. Point of contact to organize and gather visual content (photos & video) as well as feedback and support key initiatives.
6. Manage agencies and suppliers from briefing to delivery of marketing requirements.
7. Keep abreast of changes within competitor Schools and create competitor analysis/reports as per the agreed schedule to present to Principal.
8. Execution and regular review on the agreed plans to deliver agreed KPI’s within approved budgets.
9. Develop video and visual content to support marketing plan.
10. Keep updated on digital trends particularly in relation to social media.
11. Prepare an external events strategy and manage the planning, delivery, and evaluation of student recruitment events; and identify other event opportunities to support recruitment objectives.
12. Research and understand local demographics and competitors.
13. Write or edit school communications, including the weekly school newsletter, routine communications to inquiries and applicants, communications for emergencies.
14. Responsible for staff internal communication.
15. Posting weekly educational activities that takes place in the school.
16. Establish agreement with Government entities that could generate new students.
